概述
SL401型循環水制冷機(ji)組是本公司自主(zhu)開發出來(lai)的最(zui)新(xin)一(yi)代的高(gao)效節(jie)能(neng)換(huan)熱水循環制冷設(she)(she)備(bei)。本設(she)(she)備(bei)集蓄冷技(ji)術(shu)、微(wei)超調(diao)、微(wei)欠調(diao)PID調節(jie)智能溫控儀表、高效低噪聲循環水泵、單元(yuan)集(ji)成化工藝、分體式(shi)設(she)計等國際上最先進技術于一(yi)體，是一(yi)個高科(ke)技、高技術、新工藝、新觀(guan)念的(de)綜合體。本(ben)設(she)備的(de)推出，將(jiang)換(huan)熱(re)水循環制冷(leng)設(she)備的(de)技術水平推向了一(yi)個新的(de)高度(du)。
SL401型(xing)循環水(shui)制冷機組主要(yao)為(wei)X射(she)線(xian)衍射(she)儀、熒光光譜儀、掃描顯微鏡、激光器、能(neng)譜、真空成型(xing)機、高頻機、MOCVD等需用恒溫(wen)冷卻水(shui)源的(de)精密儀器設備的(de)配套產品。
Overview
The SL401 Circulating Water Refrigeration Unit is a most up-to-date generation of high efficiency energy saving heat exchange refrigeration facility independently developed by out company. It is a product consists of most advanced techniques in the world , such as cold accumulation, fine overshoot and underload PID intelligent temperature controller, high efficiency low noise circulating water pump, unit integration technology, separation design, etc. With a combination of high-tech, new technology, and new concept, this product pushed the heat exchange circulating water refrigeration facility engineering to a higher level.
The SL401 Circulating Water Refrigeration Unit is mostly used as a supporting product for precision instrument facilities with the need of isothermal cooling water, for example, the X-ray diffractometer, fluorescence spectrometer, scanning microscope, laser, energy spectrometer, vacuum forming machine, high-frequency generator, MOCVD, etc.
特點
采用分(fen)體(ti)式結構，將壓縮機(ji)(ji)、風扇、冷凝器等置(zhi)于(yu)室(shi)外，使(shi)室(shi)內機(ji)(ji)組結構緊湊、噪音低；
合(he)理(li)的(de)水循(xun)環使換熱器換熱效率高，堅固耐用(yong)、不易阻塞、抗(kang)凍能力強；
采用蓄冷(leng)動態平衡連續(xu)工作(zuo)方式(shi)，因而大大減小了室內機組(zu)貯水(shui)箱的體積，只需有60升水就可滿足工作要求，且(qie)溫(wen)度控制準(zhun)確(que)、穩定(ding)；
操作十分簡便，只(zhi)需按啟動開關(guan)，機組即進入(ru)工(gong)作狀態(tai)；
采用(yong)溫控(kong)節點控(kong)制自動加(jia)熱系統(tong)，保證北方地區(qu)冬季能正(zheng)常使用(yong)；
本設備(bei)為單元化(hua)組件式設計結構，因此維(wei)修十分方便(bian)、快(kuai)捷，可(ke)減少維(wei)修費用，減少故(gu)障停機時間(jian)；
本設備的所(suo)有(you)關鍵部分(fen)都采用進口或國產優質的定(ding)型(xing)產品(pin)，所(suo)以性(xing)能穩定(ding)可(ke)靠(kao)，故(gu)障率極低(di)；
Features
The structure of SL401 has separation design with compressor, fans, condenser installed outdoors, hence the indoors unit has compact conformation and low noise.
The heat exchanger of this product has well designed water circulation device which increases head exchange efficiency. It has strong robustness, less blocking, and good freezeproofing ability.
This product works on continuously running duty with dynamically balanced cold accumulation, and hence has greatly reduced water storage tank in the indoors unit. Only 60 liters of water is needed to meet the basic work request, and the temperature control is accurate and steady.
The operation of this product is very convenient. Just press the start button, and it will enter work mode.
With the temperature-controlled nodal operation self-heating system, this product can be used in the winter season of north China.
The unit and module design framework used in this product enables very convenient and fast maintenance, with less cost of maintenance and less time of disorderly closedown;
All the key components are imported from abroad or of high-grade approved home products, which ensures the stable and reliable performance, and the extremely low fault rate of this product.
